Amazing property to stay in. We had a group booking in this property for a wedding and the services provided by the entire staff of this hotel was top notch. We had a great and hassle free experience. The hotel staff was sweet and prompt enough to accomodate all the requests made by us and went out of their way to provide a great hospitality to us. I will recommend this property for all the solo travellers as well as for group bookings.

Comfortable Stay, Great Location I recently stayed at the Park Inn and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. While the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety, the overall value for money was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surat .

It was a great food and amazing service experience with subhadip and Arnav. The ambience was dinner friendly, Shall visit it next time- the food quality was top notch & has easy dining experience. Must visit with friends and family and a good place for date as well

Very well maintained , nice and clean property . Very polite and courteos staff , service standards are very high. The rooms are spacious and their gym is decent enough for workput. The buffet breakfast is very exclusive with numerous options such Continental Chinese / Indian / Gujrati/ North Indian / South Indian etc;

We were informed about this hotel is vegetarian only during check-in. Why you don't indicate about this on your website? It is strange what worldwide hotel network has food limitation for quests. Many foreign guests stay at your hotel and not all of them are vegetarians. It's a very strange discrimination against people who eat meat. Also wall sockets needs repair. Only one in my room works correct.

My first trip up India. Had an amazing stay at Park Inn Radisson Surat. All staff are extremely friendly and polite. Communication was easy as they could communicate in English. All staff at reception were very efficient . Food is well recommended. Prepared very well. Celcy...Sarina, Sandeep;Ashish were extremely helpful and service was amazing.

Lovely Hotel in a very convenient location and extremely friendly, helpful and efficient staff , especially Mohit at the reception was fantastic. Breakfast is all veg but wonderful. Looking forward to coming back again soon ! There is also a nice cafe with great coffee and comfortable rooms .
