Park Inn by Radisson Surat

I have a gentle room keeping guy names Manish . He was very hard working very kind very helpful and he cleaned my room everyday while I was staying here in park inn. He makes sure what I need and he provide me all the stuff regarding housekeeping always positive and always smile and very enthusiastic person he was. The hotels is 5 star and very neat and clean. The room was huge and very luxurious. While I was here in this hotel I had no problem and no complain. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

Exceptional Food & Warm Hospitality! One of the best experiences I’ve had — the food was absolutely delicious with great variety and taste in every meal. What truly stood out was the staff’s hospitality. Every team member was polite, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The ambiance added to the charm, but it’s the food and people that made it truly memorable. Highly recommend this place if you value great service and amazing food!

The photos showed a great view, but in reality there’s a new building right next door — all we saw was another wall. If you’re just looking to stay in the room, it’s perfect. The service and room itself were excellent. Just don’t expect the view they advertise.

Absolutely very friendly nature and good behavior of housekeeping guy and other team. Good and very clean amenities and room environment. Great place to spend quality and value for money time. Highly recommanded. Cant wait to visit again.

Our stay at the hotel was genuinely delightful. The hospitality stood out — warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Despite a few minor hiccups, the team handled them with grace and overcompensated in the best way possible. A heartfelt shoutout to Saumya and Pushpendra for going the extra mile and making our stay extra special. We left with great memories! Grateful for a lovely and memorable stay.

Had a great stay at Park Inn Hotel, Surat! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very courteous. The highlight was definitely the delicious food—every meal was fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

Updated 26/01/2025 It was an amazing experience from start to finish. All the hotel employees were super attentive and everyone helped to try and keep my children entertained and safe when necessary. The kitchen employees and chef were great, they were able arrange for some vegan food to be available for me, and gave me the needed time to be able to eat my breakfast and dinner with children in tow. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, so much so I want to stay here on my second trip to Surat in a few weeks rather than my children’s family home. ————— ————— This was my second stay at hotel and as a single mother of twins I would highly recommend it to everyone (or not so I can always get a room). The staff are amazing!! During breakfast as I was alone on this stay with my twins and struggling the staff stepped in and helped so much! And everything you would need in an hotel from amenities, cleanliness, decorum, ambiance is what attracts you back to stay here.

It's evident that attention to detail in hygiene is a top priority here, as everything from the bedding to the bathroom amenities was pristine. I truly appreciated having a comfortable and inviting space to unwind after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Jain breakfast offered at the hotel. As someone who follows a Jain diet, I was thrilled to find an array of options that were not only flavorful but also thoughtfully prepared. The variety and taste exceeded my expectations, making it a delightful start to each day. What stood out the most during my visit, however, was the loyalty and courage of the staff. I experienced a small mishap when I accidentally left my Apple AirPods in my room after checking out. To my pleasant surprise, the attentive staff found them and went above and beyond to ensure I received them back promptly. Their sincere effort to help me recover my belongings truly showcased their integrity and commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, my experience at the Radisson Surat was exceptional.
