Hotel Golden City

Over all good. One cannot expect 5 star hotel service in 3 star hotel at under2000 price. Overall fine. But very far from many locations. From-Nawaz

Such a worst hotel and staff was so rude n arogant at the time of billing they don't clear the things and they don't have Billing system and they give a parchi type billl in bill they don't have carbon copies and billing head numbers also dont go to this hotel such a base less hotel find more options such a good more options are there

This place is at City centre, Hotel people are completely cooperative, Thank you so much!! Before I was worried about my stay in unknown city, but this convenient stay make me completely comfortable. I would love to recommend this place to everyone.Only issue is window is at much height, still AC was there so i won't feel much issue.

Well... just to summarise. It is not a hotel but a brothel. Not atall suitable for family. One can get better option for such a price.

Believe everything you read about this charming Hotel. so enjoyed my stay there and I hope to return. The location is perfect. The issue was Lift was on Maintenance and I used stairs to reach the hotel on the 4th Floor, so from the 3rd floor on the left side, there are more stairs which will lead to Hotel Golden City. The staff is wonderfully patient and helpful, Wish I could have stayed longer - next time.

This hotel is the one i found the cleaniest one till now in surat. Locality was also very good. Staff was cooperative. Price wise is also ok. The only one thing which i missed is a cabat or shelf for keeping clothes and other accesories. And what i always miss is a window in room which most of the hotels done keep! But yes this is a better place to stay. Well they have mentioned not to take photoes or socialize so cant do that... we should respect everyones privacy. Thanks for providing a comfortable stay.

Felt unsafe. Doors are weak. No windows - so no ventilation with fresh air (only AC air). Very poor staff attitude (the bellboy started singing flirty hindi songs after seeing my wife, even though we were with our little child). I felt like smashing in his face but we were in a different city and didn't want to create a fuss while with family so kept quiet. Letting people over here know this so that you opt for some other place. This looks like a 'couples-place'.

The hotel is on 3rd floor of a mall. Service was good. Room's TV does not have cable connection. Need to run youtube over it on hotel's Wi-Fi 😂.. however overall good experience.
