The owner is rude, no water no proper service. The rooms are mot that clean all stains on the bedsheets and bed spread. And they are not adamant enough to not refund the money. And the owner is telling we gave you stay if there is no water its not our fault as if i stayed in some guest house. If you are looking forward to stay here please do not come here. They are telling they can run their hotel without customers, let them do it without us.

Location is very near to surat railway station. But the staff there is too loud. They have issue with every person visiting, they leave no reason to get into a fight even the management.

Bad behaviour of the hotel management. Very rude and lazy. The room conditions have become worse, ac switch not working, broken water jugs, shower is not in proper condition. Dont refer staying in this hotel if you want peace.

The staff has really pathetic and bad behaviour. They aren’t answering properly I don’t understand why Google and other hotel booking platform allow these kind of hotels. This must and should stop and these types of hotels and property really need strong action to be taken against them.

Rooms stink and stained bedsheets. We were handed over a dirty room with dust over the floor and footprints, when we asked them to clean it they sprinkled floor cleaner and wiped it with a wiper, which was so called as wiping and sweeping the floor, also hairs in the bathroom drain. So gross!!
