The hotel is prime location, and cleanliness standards were well-maintained. However, the rooms were somewhat compact. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues: - No mobile network coverage in the rooms - Unreliable WiFi connectivity - Water shortage problems on the first and last days of our stay.

Rooms are not spacious. We had a bad exp as the bed, pillow and blanket had bad bugs. Hotel is not more than 1500 bucks per day. Service of Fab hotel is pathetic. When service was needed the call did not get connected and sale person as usual was unavailable to answer. Don't book any hotel by just looking at internet photos and esp from Fab chain.

This is a very basic hotel. The sink leaks from the bottom, dead cockroaches in the drawers. The room is so tiny that only 1 person can walk around the bed at one time. Duvet, bedsheets and towels look so dirty that they have not been washed in years and feel powdery to the touch not clean at all. They have discoloured to a cream color from white. Do not stay in this hotel unless you absolutely have to.

Worst experience in my life . There was no water in hotel . And the owner was lying they water will come . I tried to connect on help line no . No one was receiving call . Totally i paid 1300 + 1600 . Very bad service. Toilet was not washed . 2800 I lost in the hotel . In this money I can stay in good hotel . Worst experience. Guys please never go in hotel ospit oyo hotel near laldarwaja surat

It is very close to station and really amazing stay . Room was upgraded to a premium category. Manager is very helpful and attentive . Good option for budget travellers. For your information there is no lift . I got the early morning breakfast as well with coffee ☕️.

Good hotel for couple stay and owner behaviour is very polite and helping some issues facing during online booking. Need of Curtains in room

Rooms are disgusting, bed bugs everywhere in rooms, not at all clean and hygienic .
