Near to Railway station which is the only advantage. We booked online by seeing the pictures given in Portal. But in reality Hotel is WORST. Hotel is located on 2nd floor with No Lift in Working condition. V hv to walk till 2nd floor with all our heavy luggage. Room was alloted with Lock not working properly. Everytime v hv to call Reception person to open and close the room. Rooms very small and not clean. Small cockroaches moving n entire room and bed full with bedbugs. Bathroom dirty. No Hot Water and the water coming from Tap also not good. Dont feel like having a bath n that water. If u don't have any option and want a hotel near Surat Railway Station, then only this one is acceptable OR else NO.

Hotel dimple, location wise is ideal, not far from the train station and amenities wise everything was easily available but the hotel entrance is in a small ally and then 2nd floor up is the reception. The alleyway wasn't nice to walk through with luggage and when alone. Staff was very friendly, they gave me a room as I was a little early before check in time. Basic room, with everything u need, little space to walk around. But was satisfied with my overall stay

This is one of the most dirty and idiotic hotel.I would recommend others not to stay in this super dirty hotel. The pictures shown on websites are not as that real. Do check before stay. I would suggest to make ur rooms big and more cleanier; especially the bathrooms.
