All good.. not bad at all (except few maintenance problems) which is OK. Room service is fast and the staffs are so humble. Every kind of room is available here. For singles, deluxe and super deluxe. Need some maintenance and repairing otherwise all good. Best and low budget hotel near surat railway station.

We have been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years. All my stays were for business trips only. Rooms were good. Toilets were clean. Very near to Railway station, just need to cross the road. Many restaurants are available around this area.

I was on my first ever business trip of my life and i was with my brother, it was at the 8th floor but all the services and amenities were very nice, we had a great time there the stewardess were very helpful and they had Credit/Debit card option for payments, but do mind they do not accept Intl Card , i was forced to do a withdrawal from an Axis bank ATM by paying service charges, a bit bummer for me but hey i am here to guide you all fellow travelers so no misfortunes happen to you. Do mind the hotel is just shy of 200 Meters from Surat Railway Station And Just 11.5 KM from Surat airport. Loved the stay there food was also great.

A good budget business hotel located opp.surat Railway station. It's a old property with less amenities but offering neat and clean room as per basic needs. Food is something good in taste and quality. Location is easily accessible. Recommend for business traveler's a good budget business hotel. Cons : TV Not in Working condition...

This hotel is just opposite to the Surat railway station. Centrally located and available at convenient rentals. There is no restaurant. Room service, they will do from other hotels situated nearby. Opposite to the hotel, walkable distance South Indian Tiffins are available. Back side one restaurant is there for dinner. For business people I can suggest as a good preference.

The upholstery was unclean and torn. Service was poor. Not advisable for people who have difficulty in climbing stairs as there are 2 staircases before you reach the lift. Do not book online through other websites as they charge much more (more than double) than the actual prices.

This hotel is very good staying place for business people. Though I have not travelled with family to Surat I can not say anything about the Family stay at this hotel. The Room Rents are quite reasonable. Cleaning is good. Though they don't have restaurant, they bring food from outside restaurant for room service. The food is goood around the hotel. Security is okay also. Baggage storage is available. Lift is available. You can book your travel tickets also from the reception .

well everything here is just average. evrything but its value for money. all hotels aroiund are the same but this is still better in many aspects. its right opposite the railway station so no worries abt getting to station. believe me u can reach ur train in ten min flat from ur room. food, cleanliness and everything is just ok
