Hotel RB RESIDENCY

We had a fantastic experience during our recent stay at Hotel RB Residence. Our room was super clean and spacious, and the washroom was neat and tidy and the food quality was excellent. Staff, were exceptionally cooperative.

Very bad experience twice. In first experience there was issue with billing and now after paying for breakfast i was not given breakfast. The team didn’t respond after sending numerous mails. The executive are not giving proper answers. I suggest to not book nay hotels through fab hotels. #worstexperience

Worst ever experience. Zero level of hospitality antique. They kept on waiting us for more than 1 hour just for the reason of tariff difference which is something internal matter between online booking and hotel. But the way they behaive with customer is horrible, honestly speaking they flaunt like they are some 5 star property opposite to railway station,but thats not the truth. The property doesn't even hold the 2 star rating with ambience,room qualities and other things. Never book at this hotel, it's a torture to your patience, because these guys don't have way of talking. They will talk to you like street type mavali's. Every problem have a way to handle, you can't outburst on customer directly that too when issue is at your end.

Worst Hotel Experience||As a travel agent, I booked a hotel for a client who, two days before check-in, got injured in an accident and couldn’t travel. I called the hotel to cancel the booking and was shocked by the manager’s rude response. He said, Haan haan, abhi aadmi injured hua hai, kal ko mar jayega||Such an insensitive and unprofessional reply is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking this hotel due to their lack of empathy and poor customer service.

Worst experience I was offered a non ac room with a single window in the room opening inside the building itself which gives no scope to keep it open and ventilation. No free packaged bottle, they charge you even for one single water bottle The hotel only provided 1 pillow between a couple and upon request, they said we are out of pillows. Upon insisting they provided a pillow with blanket inside a pillow cover. No hangers in the bathroom, not even a single knot to hang a towel Washroom was not clean as well or maybe its very old For an upgrade to an ac room i was asked to pay 1000rs extra when i had already paid 2500rs for a non ac room, so the AC room would cost me 3500rs for this horrible space Rude staff at reception, zero rating on hospitality

Person on reception there asked for more money. We had to call agoda customer care service, wasted almost 45 mins on call with them. They say agoda customer care is not in their hands, then why list hotel on agoda or make my trip or any other online platform? Pasting today’s screenshot where hotel price is less than 1000. PUT REAL PRICES. We had deal with free breakfast but they said you can order one thing from menu per person,menu was limited. Highly disappointed. Not cooperative staff.

Very good choice .. Hotel is located in the heart of city. The railway station and bus stand is very close to hotel. All the staff is very polite and friendly and attend to customers in utmost decency. Decent rooms and reasonably priced. Mr Pradeep is very generous, humble and helpful Manager at reception always at your service
