The stay was excellent. Specially the front office staff Mr. Golak and Mr. Suraj are very helpful during my stay. The breakfast was also very fantastic. Would recomend to everyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the level of service, cleanliness, and comfort. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate every request with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with stunning views and all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh flowers, luxury toiletries, and daily housekeeping that actually paid attention to detail. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had anywhere! Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated—close to major attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and warmth. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning. Very satisfactory and pleasant stay, outstanding service and hospitality. Room and bathroom was super clean and well organised. Staff was readily available and convenience was ensured to the best. Also offers a great location near Surat rlwy stn. with necessary amenities available all near by. The reception duty manager Golak was really very professional and provided the best possible hospitality.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at The Byke Embassy. The staff was courteous and attentive, especially Suraj Dubey, who went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude and prompt service truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay at Surat !

I have more suggestions about the wifi - in 4 th floor there will be more difficulty to connect with .. and there lift will be always in a off position . You have to more aware if those thing's.. rest will be soo good .. and im very thankful to mr : golak ( front office manager)

Mobile Network issue.Old employee are there due to them i m coming as i am since 20 years.Janabhai and Golak r the peoplw who cooprate.But NEED TO SHARE LAST MONTH SAME ROOM WAS ALLOTED WHERE WASHBASIN 1 COCK WAS NOT WORKING AND THIS TIME ALSO.HOLDER OF HOT N COLD WAS ALSO IN BAD CONDITION.SINCE BEING OLD AND LOYAL GUEST I HAVE TO NEGOTIATE THE TARRIFS WHICH IS NOT GOOD.I HAVE ALSO ARRANGED MEETINGS OF COMPANY FOR TWO YEARS FOR EVERYMONTHS TWO DAYS STILL NOT GIVEN ANY FACILITY!!!.2019 I have also arranged one day meet of my company Still no need to negotiate no complimentart brekfast at all.EVEN MR GOLAK TOLD LAST MONTH IF U DO NOT OPTED BF ur trarrifs id this!!!.I JUST TO SHARE WITH OWNER THAT PLS CHECK IN THIS AND BEING LOYAL AND OLD GUEST I SHOULD GET SOME XTRA FACILTIES..HOPE U CAN CHECK ON THIS AND GIVE ME A CALL.EVEN EVERYTIME WHY I NEED TO NEGOTIATE.2019 I CAME BUT STAFF WAS RUDE AND TOLD I M OLD GUEST IMMEDIATELY I BOOKED ROOM I ALPHA AND THEY TOLD ME FIX RATE FOR ME WITH BREAKFAST EVEN WHEN I CHECKED IN..DEAR OWNER PLS DO THE NEEDFULL.
