This budget hotel is great value for the money! Mr. Golak at the reception was super helpful from booking our room all the way to when we checked out. If we ever had any issues, Mr. Golak always got them sorted out quickly. I’m definitely planning to stay here again when I visit Surat next time.

Embassy Hotel has a nice ambience and a decent setup. I visited for a seminar and the environment was pleasant. However, the staff is not supportive and their behaviour could be much better, which affects the overall experience.

The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had anywhere! Service was too good, all the staff are humble and kind, breakfast was also good and delicious And mr golak gave us the best price for the stay. We thank him and the whole staff for the kind hospitality. Looking forward for more stay in this hotel

Very satisfactory and pleasant stay, outstanding service and hospitality. Room and bathroom was super clean and well organised. Staff was readily available and convenience was ensured to the best. Also offers a great location near Surat rlwy stn. with necessary amenities available all near by. The reception duty manager Golak was really very professional and provided the best possible hospitality.

The stay was excellent. Specially the front office staff Mr. Golak and Mr. Suraj are very helpful during my stay. The breakfast was also very fantastic. Would recomend to everyone.

I have more suggestions about the wifi - in 4 th floor there will be more difficulty to connect with .. and there lift will be always in a off position . You have to more aware if those thing's.. rest will be soo good .. and im very thankful to mr : golak ( front office manager)
