I recently had the misfortune of staying at Citizen Hotel, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The food was absolutely pathetic, with stale bread and low-quality dishes. The washrooms were unhygienic, with no locks on the doors, making it a safety concern. To make matters worse, the bed sheets weren't even cleaned.But the cherry on top was seeing a cockroach roaming around my room, making me question the hotel's cleanliness standards. The hotel's lack of attention to customer safety and comfort is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to take serious steps to address these issues and ensure a clean and safe environment for their guests.

1.No AC working 2. No telephone working . 3.Charges were very high as per Room. 4.Lock is damaged. 5. Washroom is like public toilet. 6. Shower is like 100 years old fully damaged

One of the worst place to stay in surat.. we booked 2 rooms but they both were already occupied with 4 rats… 🥵 and service is horrible please alwys keep this hotel as a last option…

Room size was alright. Bed sheets were dirty and bathroom mugs were unclean and floor slippery. There was a rat in the room and its shit spread all around. We had to change the room.

I stay here with my family. Initially due to late night they ask for 2300 per room for 3 adults. Later after some negotiating they agreed to provide room at 2000. They also provide unlimited breakfast in the morning and that is included in the package. The room is good but the plaster comes out of the wall. They also provide a mattress. Their service was good during the time I was there in the hotel. They also cleaned baby milk bottles with warm water. Milk they're selling at a higher cost. My overall experience with this hotel is good. I read some reviews as well that they're fraud and looting people. But I didn't face those situations during my stay at the hotel.
