Hotel with good quality rooms situated within 5 minutes walking distance from Surat railway station. The situation and rooms both are very good and at a good price which is value for money. We had breakfast package and mind it the food was so very good and tasty. Even rooms and staff services are good.

Airtel users please avoid using this hotel, no network coverage inside rooms. Wi-Fi slow keeps disconnecting, hotel management need to fix. Overall cleanliness okay. Restaurant menu very limited.- no sweet available. Breakfast buffet items repeated daily.

On the first day itself they gave us watermelons for breakfast which were rotten, we told them that they were not good still they didn’t remove it and other customers had to eat that too. The tv in the room is not working most of the channels are not good called the reception to get it right since 2 days they’re all saying that they have to recharge it but nobody is doing needful. We got tea that were not freshly boiled. Although we gave us the room key to clean, they cleaned like they didn’t want to. Normally we are 2 persons in one room that too 2 single beds logically they should know there are 2 different persons still they gave only one shower towel, one cup and many other stuffs also. I would definitely not recommend.

Hotel Ambience is Best just as Hotel's Name. I Really Feel Good Here. Rates Are Very Genuine here. Hotel Manager at Reception Very cool , calm & Helping Nature. Suggests whatever best for us. Other Staff are also Good & Composed. Quicker in service. Must Stay here if Your Budget is Between 2000 to 3000.

The only good thing is that the hotel is clean. The customer service is terrible, breakfast is ok but the same thing every day. Everyday we would get only one bath towel and have to repeatedly request a second. They have opened a second hotel next door and do not have enough amenities for both so they would constantly take things from our room eg the kettle, iron etc and when we asked for them, they wouldn’t have any to give us. We had no fridge in our room although there was supposed to be one. For the price we paid, there are other alternatives. We will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone

Rooms are good but food is lousy .Only benefit near the station.Small things not taken care in the room.Although tea ketfle js provided no stirrer is their ,no battry in remote etc bathrooms are slippary when little wet only Not much water pressure in taps

Stayed in hotel king's heritage in September 2022 for 03 nights. Located near railway station and almost on main road, we found it highly satisfactory. The hotel deserves excellent grading on most of the parameters. Rooms were well maintained, neat and clean including good washroom in form of a glass cubicle with blinds for separation. Complementary breakfast was yummy with good choice of Gujarati and other Indian dishes. Breakfast was served in their restaurant on top floor having indoor as well as outdoor sitting options. Room Service can sometimes be slow but ok. Reception staff are polite and highly cooperative. Lunch and dinner can be had in the hotel restaurant otherwise you can have broad range of options on station road bang opposite the hotel where plenty of eateries exist. Overall very good experience
