The Park Celebration

I had a wonderful stay at the Park Celebration Hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the service was outstanding. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Everything about my stay was comfortable and pleasant. If you find yourself near Vesu, I highly recommend checking in at the Park Celebration Hotel for a delightful experience! 💕

Location is good , but rooms condition are very poor. Walls are not painted properly, washrooms are not clean. They have only one housekeeping team at night , underground parking looks haunted. Very casual attitude of staff , no professional services in anything. Linens are also not clean , not a good vibe. If they charge 1500/- per night then it's ok else not worth for money. With such a good location, management can improvise alot.

Great location but very poor management. The door lock is very bad and I felt like I am locked in the room & won't be able to open the door. Somehow I managed to open the door & went to manager Mr ketan to complain about the door lock. He was not willing to accept my version of door lock & kept insisting that he will send someone to teach me to open the door. I bounced back and told him that I am 72 years old & have 50 years experience of hotel management but he didn't trust me (hotel guest). When I called reception to place order, he advised me to call no 8 for room service. I kept calling (4 times) but no answer. Again I called reception he said that he will call room service and place your order. Waited 15 minutes but no delivery of my order. Again I called reception, *No answer*. I called manager and he advised me to call mobile for room service. I called mobile and asked for Gujarati food. Surprised to know in Gujarat, Gujarati owned hotel but no Gujarati food. Only management can explain about this joke. I am fed up & check out tomorrow for a better hotel. Ketan & management policy. "No one can visit guest in the room. When I explained to Ketan that I have come for business, please allow male visitors, he was kind to grant the permission Not worth staying in this hotel

We have paid extra for the bed and there was proper bedding provided there was no comforter given and as they told us it is only for the bed not for the extra bed. We also given pillows and bed was very hard which made it difficult to sleep on. These few things should be informed before booking.

The front desk staff was very rude , they try to misbehave with us . I told them to change the bed sheet coz it was dirty with hairz , they told me we will not change the bed sheets also they told me that you can go for other hotel option .

My hotel room experience was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay.

Never Ever in my life I have had an experience sooo terrible. I have stayed in over 200hotels in my 33yrs but this was by far the worst.. And not that they charged 500rs..i paid almost 4k and the room was worth 100rs.I changed 2 rooms as lock was not working & being a woman I needed my safety.. Commode was not brsuhedzin a year... Flooring dirty... Paint peeling off.. Dust like it was not cleant in 3months..i can go on and on... All the pictures are from when the hotel was new.. It is nowhere close to the pictures... Please never book... Never Everrr....
