NillVery bad experience recently Aug2024, the hotel would not honour the room booked in this hotel with full advance payment done via OYO app The hotel demanded extra money to be paid at time of check in saying OYO takes like half of what you have paid to them and we don’t get enough money for room charges and you must pay extra if you want the room you booked on OYO app. Obviously I had paid full in advance and no money was pending so I was shocked and told them I will not pay anything extra. The owner was very rude when we protested about this and said things like “hamne dharamshala nahi khol rakha hai” means “ we are not running a charity here”. In the end we had to call OYO hotline and ask them to intervene and only then he allowed to check in but still his vocal tone and words are were rude even on conference call with OYO customer service personnel and continued disgusting behaviour with no sense of pride in his work and customer service. If the owner has any issues regarding their commercial arrangements and contracts with OYO then they should talk to OYO about it and not harass customers for it and demand extra money from them at time of check in. Customer has nothing to do with your contracts and arrangements with OYO. Your facility is listed as a available hotel on OYO app, people search for hotels, find suitable matches on OYO and book and pay for rooms and hence by right you are supposed to honour that booking without any tantrums and harassment at time of check in. It highly unprofessional and unethical as well as a security risk for guests who may be travelling alone or with family etc. I felt extremely worried and had bad experience right in morning affecting my businesses meeting later in day. Not recommended at all to consider this hotel for anyone. Please be careful and aware of this type of scams.

NillStaff is very helpful and any time available on service. Hotel is newly raised and rooms , toilet and bathroom is very very neat and clean.
