Not at all Good Experience for family booking. Booked room paid in advance as per link recieved for additional discount. I executed the payment but still amount showing Outstanding in double figures while check in. I was denied check in. To avoid chaos further I paid the balance amount. No support from Customer care. Totally dissatisfied. Even Manager was helpless as this was issue from OYO.

I had a very bad experience. I had booked a "Classic" room after seeing the pictures on the OYO website. I was given a very cramped room. The water was way too salty. The linen was not changed everyday. I was promised laundry service with delivery within 24 hours. My laundry was not even given to the service provider. All the hotel staff are too immature and there is no professionalism. I would strongly recommend not to chose this hotel for stay - either for business stat or for personal stay.

BEd is a good level. Otherwise there is nothing in the room. TV does not have cable connection. There was no water in the bathroom for bathing. i didn't like it. And Oyo offer does not work in the hotel. If you have to make extra payment then don't give online payment options. Put the option of paying cash by going to the hotel.

Filthiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Bedroom and bathroom not clean. Hairs of previous occupants on the bedding, so clearly not changed! Worst of all FIRE DEATH TRAP!!! There is no fire escape. The access to stairs are blocked by a padlocked gate. DO NOT STAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

Budgeted collection O. Receptionist was responsive and behaviour was good. They don't have a restaurant so need to order food from outside. Room was good enough. Sufficient basic requirements were provided.

Facilities are good in the hotel rooms. But staff behaviour is not at all good. They take full money at the time of check out. They do not support in any other kind of requirement like extra mattress, etc. Staff not at all trained. Management is very poor.

Stayed at Collection O oyo. Not a good experience. They charge you so much for a stay and dont even have filtered water in washroom. The water is too salty for anything. Room was clean but bedsheets and pillow covers looked used. There were hair on bedsheet, allergic people should not visit. Tv has no good channels. No food only light breakfast. Tea was good. Nice lights. Has window. Bed was comfy.
