I had a stay yesterday (room no. 305) and had a pathetic experience.phone at room was not working neither menu scanner. Went to reception and requested to send someone and no one came for 25 minutes. Went again to reception to repeat the same. One staff came to room changed the phone and then I ordered for chicken and 3 tandoori roti and one red bull. Served chicken which was tasteless and had to throw almost all of it. Served red bull which was of room temperature and when asked for ice he never came back. Morning I saw there is no soap or shampoo to bathing Today I had a check-out and went to the reception to make the payment. Receptionist took a calculator and asked to pay 635 without providing bill. I request to make it but quick as I had a train but did not provide bill and start calling other guys on phone. At last he agreed to give bill and I made the payment.

This is my genuine experience.......... disappoint next time I will not come. The worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life....... 1. Poor Quality of Products: None of the products in the hotel are up to standard, including the services, hotel staff, and hotel accessories. 2. Unprofessional Staff: The staff doesn't know how to handle guests properly, nor do they know how to manage the check-out process. 3. Unresolved Requests: Even after making a request for something 10 times, the hotel did not provide it by my check-out time. 4. Confusion During Check-out: It took the hotel staff 20 minutes to figure out how to process my check-out. They were unsure about the procedure. 5. Unclear Requirements: If a signature was not required for check-out, there was no need to hold me back. I was questioned about it only at the last moment. 6. Personal Experience: This is a personal experience, and I would strongly recommend avoiding Click Hotel in Vadodara. If anyone has any doubts, they can ask the hotel and check the dates from January 8 to 10, 2024. 7. Service Quality: I advise staying away from hotels like this, which charge high prices but provide extremely poor service (rating: -10). How can one person do three tasks at once? One is doing check-out, another is doing check-in, and we are just waiting. This is not how it works, but the hotel seems to think that guests don't take any action. I gave this genuine feedback so that other guests will also think twice before booking here.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are not that bad but the service is not on the standard of the hotel. The staff are puting themselves important than the Guests. Trully the hotel need to train their staff to be better

Click Hotel is located 400 metres away from Vadodara station. It's about 10 mins walk away. Located close to Cafe Madras in Sayajiganj. The lobby is minimalist and the rooms are compact. Suitable for those who visit Vadodara on business.

AVOID! Rude staff, filthy rooms, no TV, I left after just one night and both the hotel and Hotel.com refused to refund my money. One star is too good for this place.
