Good 1. Room was huge .2. Staff was friendly and helpful 3. Good WiFi and good in house vegetarian restaurant .Not Good 1. Location not so satisfy for me . 30 minutes walking from Patan Junction Railway station and around 1 hours walking distance to Rani Ki Vav . It will be Ok if you travel by your own car . Local rickshaw drivers around were greedy and will charge you double if you are foreigner.

A complete disappointment! The hotel, it's location and the rooms are a complete let-down as compared to the photos that are uploaded on Google and MMT. Overall maintenance and sanitation of the room is poor. There were spit marks in the corners of the room. The walls are also full of marks. The lighting in the room is very dim. The washroom area is also no good. The bathroom has marks on the tiles and doesn't give you a sanitized feel. No bottled water is available. Half of the staff, which mostly includes males, sit at the reception and socialize which ultimately makes approaching the reception area a complete awkward experience. I chose this hotel because it was MMT approved and it had good customer reviews, some had given this hotel a rating of 5. But it all turned out be a complete hoax. So for a price of 2.1K, the overall ambience of the hotel and the provided rooms are of bogus standards. If you are looking out for a shady hotel with shady room and staff, then guys look no further!

Was there for a short business visit with friend. Great ambience and good for meetups. Located in Alkapuri area is a plus. Front desk is supportive. Has a good restaurant. Small parking area. Good ambience. Room service was good. Overall Good.
