Hotel GRG

First they made us wait in the lobby for an hour for just an 11 year old's aadhar card even though we had rest of the family's. The receptionist is horrible. After somehow managing to get the aadhar card they let us enter the room. The room is extremely small, suffocating with a really small TV. We asked for extra blankets then they gave us jute blanket which was really rough. Later we realised the water was brackish and not at all suitable for bathing and brushing. We asked for water bottles from their filter then they argued that you can't take many at once. The booking was included with breakfast but the receptionist denied. The AC is really old and makes loud noise. The elevator is also really old and felt unsafe.

Room was filled with small cockroaches, you won't see them until sundown, i found them crawling on the bed at night and even in the bathroom. The staff was very rude when I complained about the pillow covers having hair stuck to them. The only good thing about the hotel is that they provide complimentary breakfast ( one snack and one beverage of choice ) at this price range and the locality is quite nice.

The location is very bad and food is disgusting 🤮 the staff is nice but no cleanliness in especially toilets , broken flush , etc Don't visit this hotel , you can get better options 🙏🏻

The room was nice and the staff was very helpful and provided water at check in. I could check in early and leave my backpack at the reception for several hours after check out. The rooftop is accessible but there was no sitting area. The train station is in walkable distance.

This was alright. But they actually take foreigners in which is a huge plus really! Staff was nice and the room was clean enough. There was always a very stuffy smell in the air which was a bit bothering... Though i am certainly not complaining with that price, everything was satisfying for my stay, they got clean bathrooms, wifi and ventilation in the room with different settings, nobody should really expect any more

Location is good and easily accessible. Rooms were small but neat and hospitality was crisp.. it matched the price.. 2 of their Breakfast options were not available on days I stayed . Poha and cheese sandwich.. So their breakfast was just breadbutter, toast, veg sandwich, Maggie and eggs.. There was a strange medicinal taste in their bathroom water .. the same that was coming in the flush, same smell and yellowish discolored water in ths washbasin.. One plus if the rooms - AC was available at this price . Rooms were neat and cleaners were available by 9am

Rooms were spacious Food which we got was complimentary breakfast, which was average The toilets of the room was not satisfactory....lots of small cockroaches....should be more hygienic.... No car parking....we had to park on the road
