Dear VH Regency Palmview Hotel Owner, I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Over the course of two days, I was shifted to three different rooms due to multiple issues: The first room had a serious drainage issue with waterlogging. When I reported this, the manager initially suggested I check out and leave, offering a refund. After discussion, I was given a second room, which had a non-functional flush. Later that night, the lights in the room stopped working completely. When I raised these concerns, I was told, “This is not a 4K per night hotel,” even though I had paid ₹1,800 per night. Such a response and lack of service quality were extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the management addresses these issues seriously so that future guests don’t face the same problems.
