THE PACIFIC HOTEL VADODARA

As per booking we had selected flexible timings for check in and check in time preference was 6:00 am in morning, still we were charged Rs. 700/- for early check in. Rooms are too too horrible ... you can see sippage in room and it's stinking, bathroom doors, taps, jet spray every thing is rusty. Toiletries even though mentioned were not provided. Bedsheets and linens seemed to be washed a year ago its too dirty. Overall it felt as worst stay as compared to lodge also. Breakfast even though was complimentary with our booking we don't at all tried to taste it.

Excellent hotel with such a reasonable price. I stayed with my family and found the stay comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is having one of the best and underrated management. The service is available 24/7 and hence makes it comparatively better than other hotels.. While location of Vadodara needs no words to describe it's lighting city beauty..

Its a nice hotel if you want to stay with your family. Room is clean. Washroom is also clean and they have all amenities like gyser, AC and TV. Price wise its decent hotel. I stayed here for a night stay (Night 10PM to 7 AM) with my family and I paid 1600 for a room. Overall its a decent hotel.

Physically, there is nothing to complain about. |Service is awful. You have to ask for everything that other hotels provide automatically : new towels, soap, spoons and forks with breakfast, etc. ||The staff seem half asleep. We were not provided with a hotel receipt when we paid for reasons that the reception were unable to explain satisfactorily. Something to do with tax, we were told.||I had an uneasy feeling about this place, despite it being comfortable and well located.||

It's okay hotel, the service could be better if they served the dishes are per customer likings. Like i ordered ginger tea and they didn't had and don't want to even make if asked. Whilst the hotel is clean, washroom is clean, reception is okay. While major hotels follow 24hrs checkin and check out system they follow 11AM check out even if you have checked in at 9AM. After 11 their second day charges would be applicable. Which is quite unjust. It's not of great value its is over priced to which you negotiate and still it is overpriced.

This hotel can be chosen for a small stay like how we did. We wanted a hotel just for a night, to sleep as next day early morning we had other plans so yeah it's good only for such really short stay. I had my family with me aswell. So we checked in by 7:30pm something and next day morning by 6am something we left the hotel. The service was ok ok but you don't feel that safe like how you feel at good hotels cause the hotel staffs kept staring and the corridor looked not so pleasing. We stayed there because 4 of us were there. Will never recommend it for a 1 person or 2 person stay and the surrounding too was not that great. They didn't provide breakfast or any such. There was a restaurant nearby and we had from there. The room and all are okay. As I mentioned b4 opt this hotel only if you have no other choice and only if you have atleast 4 people with you. Not safe for staying alone and all.

Great experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The service given by the staff and hotel management was excellent. The location is also very close to the station and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel if one visits Vadodara.
