Hotel Rajmahal

The location is decent. The rooms smell very bad, and all of the equipment is covered in rust. They only made their reception good, but the rooms are bad. The food is good but took a lot of time.

Sir, Our program was on 17 October 2024. I am writing about the Raj Mahal Hotel located on Neelam Bata Road, NIT Faridabad. In my 52 years of life, .I have never seen a worse hotel than this. Even dharmashalas (charitable rest houses) are better than this hotel. This hotel is a mere namesake."Raj Mahal? No, this dump deserves a more honest name: Rank Jhopdi." I want to share with you the unfortunate experiences we had here. We visited during the day, but our main program for 200 people was scheduled at night. They served us green chutney that had no mint or coriander, just curd with mayonnaise and green food coloring. Furthermore, the hotel rooms had doors that wouldn't close. We weren't provided with soap or towels despite requesting them. We had to leave the rooms open. In the morning, there was no water in the toilet. Unbelievable for such a large hotel! Our relatives' house was 15 kilometers away, so we went there to wash our faces and hands. This hotel is extremely unclean. The common toilet outside the reception is indicative of the hotel's deplorable condition. Toilets inside the hotel don't have running water, and when they do, it's just a trickle. Sir, avoid hosting any events here, even if it's free. The mismanagement here is unimaginable. - "Avoid this hotel at all costs. The rooms are dingy, and the staff is uncooperative." A cheap hotel ,I have seen in my life ,poor service ,poor prepration ,poor hospitality. One more thing no water in the morning . If you want to see cleanliness tjen see in their washroom which very nesr to reception . In Rooms doors are not closed properly ,you cant lock them , don't go go in dharamshala those are better than Raj Mahal.

Cockroaches in rooms, broken doors, rusted basin tap, water logged bathrooms, no room service, no cleaning staff, everything is worse.

Not a pleasant experience (stayed for wedding of a relative with family). Prefer Oyo, Saltstayz, FabHotels over this anytime. The place barely seemed to have had any experience with families staying in. Starting with rooms, not clean at all. Rooms have fans that make loud noises when turned on (lack of maintenance). Washrooms lacked basic facilities and had rusted water faucets (no tissues, no soaps until requested, even no towels in some rooms). Geysers of some rooms were not operational. Elevator gets a regular break down but is quickly maintained. Water supply issues, varies room to room, but this is also taken care of swiftly.

Location was good, Parking is open on your risk factor. Environment was good. Toilet needs more cleanliness, Lift looks good but work tooo slow and lift doors open with hammer like sound. Rest was good like food, decorations, service.

It's a nice hotel. Spl. they have the best halls for celebration. Food is very good as well as the staffs r very supportive n well behaved . The owner Mr. Anil is very understanding. He organizes everything for you on time and always a cool head. Overall u will have a very satisfied experience with a smile on your face.
