NillI wish I could rate minus rating. Booked rooms for sister’s wedding but the show room they show was good. Rest all rooms were stinking. Please check the rooms before you hire. The first day we reached, there was no diesel in the generator. Food was not appropriate nor of good quality for guests. Stray Dogs were inside the kitchen. Stinking kitchen. The water taps of toilets were leaking. The beddings were unhygienic. Dampness in the rooms. Moulds in the toilets. Two attendants only with lots of problems. When we finished there, they started asking for more money they agreed to. When we refused, they started goonda stuff. The owner is a ill mannered man. The hotel is not worth even minus stars. Please don’t go there.

NillI organise my daughter's mundan ceremony there. Pathetic hotel, staff and service. They don't listen to their guests. Even we have to call them again and again for little service. Dirty rooms, washrooms and bed sheets. Although food was OK. But service was very poor. Don't book this hotel for any thing.

NillLovely and budget friendly place for weekend. They have hot one plus one on all beers and spirits. Excellent ambience and service. Good food here makes moments. Its a decent place and you can bring your family too. Overall great place

NillIt's a small place. So I kept me expectations that way. Why I keep going there is because food is very good, specially non-vegetarian starters and you get beer at the same price as you will get on a wine shop (because they have happy hours through out the day). Parking can be little troublesome at times.

NillAnother good hotel on Neelam Bata road with same budget as with Hotel De liye. Rooms are more spacious as compared to Hotel Delite. Interiors are good but can not compared to Delite. Cleaniness is good in rooms and restaurant. Rooms washroom are little congusted in space. Food quality is excellent but prices are very high. Staff is fair to deal.

NillThis review is about our experience with banquet at Abhinandan. Overall it is a nice place with good food quality and spacious banquet..but the most disappointing experience was with decoration which I think was not just overcharged as compared to other nearby banquets but also highly unprofessional staff because instead of completing decoration before commencement of our programme they were decorating during the function..secondly they have less catering/service staff due to which we had to wait for long for many things.

NillPathetic and Unreliable Business; Avoid them like a Plague if you don't want to end up disgraced in front of your guests/ baraatis. My wedding was totally spoiled by these unscrupulous and borderline fraud people who reneged on a reservation despite taking advance and finalizing the deal one month in advance. I am narrating my complete ordeal below so that no one else has to go through a similar experience and ignominy again. We had a booking for 11 rooms for a whole set of baraat guests starting Saturday in December. On Friday night, right before the Tilak/ Ring Ceremony, the person in charge (Mr. A) called to inform that the Owner's guests had extended their stay by a day on all 11 rooms, and therefore, he would not be able keep the establishment's commitment of the booking for the rooms that we made a month ago, with advance and receipt and everything. And so began my ordeal, right on my engagement night. The options that were provided were to move to a really low class hotel - with Grand in its name (always a red flag) and another a Hotel Raj Mahal. Because it was the Boss's guests allegedly and our guest were already arriving the next day, we scampered and had to concede on taking the rooms in Hotel Raj Mahal, which was nothing like a palace btw. It was so shady that we had to ask the women guests to stay in a different hotel and only males went to stay in the hotel. State of Rooms: There was cockroach, no water, no drinking water, no pillow, dirty bedsheets, dripping water tanks, damp walls and every other unwanted experience that you could form part of your hospitality nightmare in the hotel. The rooms were not getting locked either. We had to request the reception to move us to a different room in two cases because the rooms would not get locked. The washroom was not usable in the rooms. I had to personally apologize to each and every guest that I had earlier allotted to Hotel Imperial Palace, and later had to move to Hotel Raj Mahal. In all fairness, Mr A. did host a good breakfast for all those that would've anyways stayed at Imperial and been entitled to it, had he honored to contract/ agreement. I also acknowledge that had they not made alternate arrangements, I would've been in an even bigger soup. However, I don't feel that these facts in any way absolve the hotel and it's management of the unreliability, lack of honor, and lack of business credibility put on display. Overall, if you are making a booking at Hotel Imperial Palace, please remember that the agreement you make might not be honored. The business is not run in a honorable or professional manner. I suffered, I hope you don't.
