AULA GRAND

Worst hotel I have ever seen 1. Very dirty smell coming from rooms 2.sealing everywhere. 3.washroom not clean. 4.room service not available. 5.staff is not supportive. Last night our team stay in hotel and asking for water 4 to 5 time but nobody responded. Even they didn't have towel paste brush and soap. Stay away from this hotel.

Had attended a session hosted by MF AMC in basement banquet hall. Did not go to rooms. Hall was spacious for our gathering around 80 person. AC was effective. Food was ok. Tea was bad and was not served even after pointing out that it was stale. Trust concern would look into it.

Very bad service i recommend to all customers don't visit this hotel . Very big scam . Even no one served to us also not provided anythings on timely . Very poora service. I can't aspect theses types of poor service from this hotel. Very bad management.
