OYO 834 Shree Balaji Hotel

Hotel staff were really unbothered regarding serving a guest. Oyo shows that the property has power backup but it doesn't have. I stayed for a night , at power failure nobody listened and bothered to open the generator at 2 in the midnight. Rooms were stinking and the linens and blankets too. Toilet basket weren't cleaned of the previous guests. No towels provided. Really unprofessional peoples and illmannered too. I also booked food online i.e dinner which was served at around 10 pm which was advised after checkin to server around 9. Intercoms are not answered even if the reception guy is sitting on the sofa besides the counter and we ourself have to go again and again for everything. I would prefer guests to stay on footpath rather than staying at this bloody hotel. Just wasted my money and time with them.

If you go directly, they charge ₹.1300/-. OYO Rooms charge ₹.700/- to ₹.900/- for the same room. For that price it may be worth staying. There's no buffet breakfast as they claim in the website. They serve aloo paratha or sandwich or bread toast. Breakfast and food is average. Electric switches and doors are in bad shape. Intercom doesn't work. A/C in room 107 is too noicy. Fridge in room 105 doesn't work. Service is not upto mark.

Stayed in Room No. 108. Horrible stay. No light except one tube light, TV was not working. Bad smelling and dirty bathroom, could not take bath using dirty buckets etc. Dirty bed linen. I asked room heater but not provided. Waiters were playing loud music in galleries. Breakfast was served in broken crockery.

Hotel was good but their washrooms ate very bad . Flush was not working and buckets and mugs are dirty with full dust. Electricity was also not available many times. Otherwise rooms are in good condition.No locks And bedsheets were not hygienic. No tv and no telephone were available . But food were good...

Restaurant belongs to a JAIN family so food is purely vegetarian. Quality of food is very good. Ambience is also good. Service is awesome. Rates are also not too expensive. Value for money. You can enjoy live matches on big screen.

It's average banquet hall. They don't have proper lighting in front of the entry and all the limelight taken by rajmandir banquet on its right. Even service is not so good. It's good for small gathering in a function.

VERY POOR QUALITY ROOMS AND WORST STAFF. We have to change 3 rooms in one night and all rooms had some kind of plumbing or other kind of problem. Reception Staff was very rude. Elevators usually not working. One guest came to meet us and reception stopped at the counter and have to sit 3 hours at the reception for the meeting.
