great location, good hotel, excellent staff that is willing to go beyond for customer satisfaction. I was feeling cold in the room and requested for heater and the staff provided it within few minutes.||Tried breakfast both days I stayed and it was good. Normally hotels tends to lower quality on complimentary breakfast but that's not the case here. And they didn't charge additional for room service.

This is a classic example of an Indian 'lodge' that is meant for seriously budget conscious travellers, who care about nothing more than spending a night inside four walls. If you care about quality even a little bit, avoid this place. Everything from the Bed linen to toilets and furniture were quite seedy and i needed to cleanse myself to get rid of any kind of infection i might have gotten just coming in contact with them! Lack of Hot water was not a surprise, but a missing Toilet seat was quite unacceptable and no flowing water in the wash basin! The food from the restaurant at the property was divine though! Delicious like a dhaba and finger licking good. Do give it a shot!||LOCATION: Located in the CIVIL lines area of Gurgaon , and quite far removed from any kind of Food/drink establishments and very isolated.||THE ROOM: I usually pick the cheapest room offer with most restrictions. so this is based off that. AIR CONDITIONING:Good enough; SIZE: Comfortable space; AMENTITIES: Good toileteries(Hotel Branded); BED - Decent bed for a good night's sleep; BATHROOM -Nice and clean bathroom with a good stand-in shower||FITNESS FACILITIES: No Gym , Pool or any kind of Wellness Center. What did you think?! :-)||SERVICE : Extermely friendly service and very polite staff. The only highlight of th eplace||HOW WIRED YOU WOULD BE: FREE Wifi that worked all around the property - shockingly, and high speed too! Good choice of TV channels - both English and international covering Music, movies, sports and other entertainment - piped through a TV box that was probably older than most millenials!||||

I stayed 4 times in span of 3 years and notice everytime the services are improved everytime. When i visit in January this year impressed that they start upgrading there rooms with new bathroom tiles and fittings and new linen and bedsheets and the mattress feel it was new. And i met with owner he told he is upgrading all rooms one by one and in 4 months the hotel. Hope when i come again will see new changes.

The worst hotel i had seen in my life, they misguided me for their room rates. their services were not standard. room lights were not proper. bathroom was not clean. room service was pathetic. how these kind of Hotel get 3 star. they deserve the category of restaurant only. really a very bad experience i had with them recently.

Viva destination is comfortable place to stay. Compassionate hospitality and equipped with basic amenities , this is a good place for stay with family. The food is very good but menu needs to be little refreshed with add ons of snacks. The wifi connectivity though is problematic in rooms in b wing of this property. Loaded with extreme potential to outshine many good hotels in delhi gurgaon area

Visited to hotel Viva a month ago with my wife, i must say one of the most mesmerizing property in India i have ever been to, food was really good and i must really appreciate the house-keeping(the cleanliness is above then the mark). Hotel is located in such a silent place no rush & a pollution free environment an actually a non- disturbance area. Would like to visit again with my family.. Hotel Viva Destination team m really glad & appreciate your flawless hospitality which enables a client to rank you in one of the finest hotel.

Better connectivity to NH-8 and old Gurgaon commercials without any kind of hustle as located in civil lines. I was there for a casual meeting, really nice and very supportive staffing. No doubt, need little cleanliness but it can be improved. Also it's bookings can be done through Oyo services. Overall it was a good experience at considerable amount, worth it.
