The staff were very welcoming and supportive throughout my stay, and I would especially like to mention Amit, the gate man, whose warm and friendly nature truly made a difference to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the ambience felt pleasant and relaxing. I had a wonderful stay at Acura! The property is well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Everything nice, put some shampoos also as toiletries. Hose keeping, Food all good.|Add a sitting cum laying bench in gym as basic requirement. Aman bell boy is really humble and well mannered. Lady at reception serves smooth checkout.

Hotel Acura BMK is a comfortable stay with clean rooms and tasty food. Staff, especially Amit, was very courteous and helpful. Great value for money, though Wi-Fi could be a bit faster.

Hotel is ok stuff, staff is slow. Food is good, i stay for official trips and face multiple key challenges at room , gym is not in good condition. Response from staff is very lethargic
