It was the worst experience ever for my bookings. I had booked a room in this premises on 26.06.2022 with tariff Rs 588 including my coupons. When I went there to get a check-in, the manager had clearly denied me to get check-in and stated that I have my own tariff for the rooms in this price I wouldn't allow you to check-in and also said that guests should have come to property before booking a room. The prime concern is that the manager was a second party and the OYO was the first party and I had booked through OYO at what prices were charged, they should have got me room irrespective of his standard tariff. Not only did the manager refuse to check in the room but I also acted rude and unpleasant. I had tried several times to convince the manager that you should have mentioned your tariff on Oyo site for booking, but the manager did not choose a word instead started arguing. I was not the first who had faced this situation while checking in, more the 2 guests were trying to convince the manager to resolve their issue hassle-free but they were gaining undue advantage. Therefore, i would urge all of you to please be careful and prepare for this experience if you book this suite for yours. Please suggest me any possible and necessary action could be taken against him

It was a good stay! The food was excellent and the staff superb! There was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about Prague with us. Unfortunately I did not get his name but it appeared he assisted the front desk and also carried our luggage to our room.

I booked the hotel through OYO app, I had even called the hotel before two times to check for the early check-in, but when I arrived at the hotel with my luggage I was denied checkin and was asked for extra money. Even oyo didn't provided any resolution either for the refund or in shifting to any other property. They just asked me to book a new hotel by myself. Worst service by oyo and hotel emerald.

It was the worst experience ever 😡they didn't provide me room even after the booking they were giving silly excuses. They were only giving none AC room or ask to leave when I try call someone from staff nobody responded (yash) and the people who were on the reception they were not even telling me there names so I could ask for help I will suggest everyone to not go to any property of oyo, take dharamshalaa instead.😡😡😡😠😠

Value for money.first time staying in rockland hotel.very nice experience.front desk staff is very good staff in morning shift at reception.guest handling is very easy.smooth check in ,checkout process is very easy.all staff is good.osm food.room is good.great location

The hotel is good and room service is very nice. Tha main thing I advise to the hotel for drinking water and car parking area.

Wonderful Hotel💯 At Wonderful Location 🙂 Nearest at Cyberhub and Global Business Park 👏 It was very nice to stay here and the nature of the staff is also very good.
