It was good to stay here ,Staff is very corporative and location is also good and close to metro and most of the offices but only one problem the jet is not available in washroom and the washroom was not clean that much, but ok for 1-2 day stay but not more than that.

No visitor allowed. I was there at the hotel to pick up my friends. I went in the room for 15 minutes, manager asked for 300rs extra and said now the booking is for 3 occupancy and not two. Not recommended.

Location was good. Receptionist was very cooperative and allowed us to do late check out by paying 300rs extra. Only the problem was rooms was not maintained properly. Stains on the walls. Washroom was not cleaned properly. No hot water in the morning as gyser was not working. Room was not cleaned properly

I have booked an classic room for 2 guest, my booking was confirmed, and when i reached at hotel around 10 PM after my office, The manager and front desk guy told me that we don't have any rooms available right now, I have shared the booking confirmation with them but the denied for the room, and ask me to give 400-500 for another room. I was with my GF and time was 10:30, I couldn't go somewhere else, in that condition I Have paid them ₹400 more for the room, after that they have provided me room. And when I was about to check out in the morning Front desk guy forced us to give them 5 star rating in front of them. can you please tell me? which kind me service this hotel is giving? Property was not clean, and bathroom was really in bad condition.

They shut down the ac at 5am and no idea when they turn it on, as I leave for my office at 11:30 and by that time it is not turned on that too during summers when its 45 degrees outside. And the reason for this stated by them is load on ac. I usually come back between 10-11pm post office and the ac is turned off till then even then they state that it gets overload. And the ac is way too old, even at 16 degrees it maintains temperature of 30 degress

worst hotel ever they have poor hygiene legit bed bugs and that man didn’t allowed us to stay as 3 people but took a offline booking worst rupees 2000 per room

I booked classic room by Oyo plateform a confirm booking done. When I reached hotel at 31 December 2023 the very Rude manager and his polite receptionist is refused my check-in and give me an offer room will be available at additional cast of 1000 with I have already paid on Oyo plateform. After lots of call with Oyo customer support finally I came back from hotel Oyo take cancellation charges of 500. This hotal staff ruined my money and time. Oyo please blacklist such lala ji type of hotels. I faced these problems with my 3 year old baby and wife. Seriously do not book such kind of fraud management property

The overall property is located in a posh place. The place from outside and surroundings is great. However amenities yo lack like lift(not working, rooms they clean on spot. Not very clean mattresses, sheets. Overall the support staff were helpful otherwise. Food was fine. Good for small and specially bachelor stay.
