Posh Classic, Gurgaon

Hello Reviewer, If you are reading this review then trust me there is no hotel with the name Posch Classic at the address. It is fake. There is another property at the specified location. When I called owner, he mentioned it is showing wrong address. Please come to this place. Agoda support team could help. On a cold night in delhi I was left stranded. Donot donot book this at all.

A decent place to stay with good service from the staff and decent food as well. Transportation is also easily available from the hotel. Bed was comfortable and adequate items such as towel and shampoo were provided. Rohit ji was also very helpful in making my stay comfortable.

My experience in this hotel was far below expectations. The good things were 1. Excellent hot water in bathroom 2. Near the metro station|Bad things were 1. Room cleanliness is not good. They don't clean the room even when u leave the keys with them. U have to literally beg for room to be cleaned|2. Linen is not changed till you check out (I stayed for 3 nights). Fresh towels are not given|3. Toiletries are not provided|4. Everyday you have to request for the complementary water bottle and tea/coffee sachets. They don't replenish it. If you are not careful they will charge for these|5. AC temperature control doesn't work in the room|6. The receptionist Mr Ankur sounds very polite and greets you everytime. But he makes everything complicated and brings in red tapism! He doesn't accommodate even the smallest requests with regards to hotel booking or meal plan of the booking. I also got to see him mislead some guests with regard to location and travel to a nearby place|7. The meal plans are pathetic. They have outsourced the restaurant at basement. Complementary breakfast has a timetable for the week. On a particular day u can opt for only one item in their table. For example - on Sunday bread toast, poha, aloo Paratha, poha will be available. So u can have only one of these with tea or coffee. U will get only one Paratha and can't ask for another. Similarly if u have taken MAP plan u will have to eat their thali everyday without options or variety|8. The hotel is overpriced for the services provided

Hotel Posh Classic is at very idle location, centrally located at DLF phase 3, it is good boutique Hotel surrounded by full of greenery and has small lawn attached where you can enjoy your morning tea with newspaper. It is purely value for money Rooms or pretty decent size, clean and hygienic, bed sheets were very clean bathrooms were maintained well. Little scope of improvement in housekeeping service, food I did not try maybe next time. But tea was served delicious and presentation was nice 👍 See you guys soon.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this place during our holiday in Gurgaon .Each and every member was polite with smile on their face from reception till Catering as well as check-in and out members. Cleanliness was at par, Well maintained rooms. Food was great quality with heaps of choice in buffet. Would highly recommended this place for stay in this hotel. Thanks for the great work you do team and keep it up like this in future.

This is worst experience at any hotel I have been . First impression itself was poor as they didn’t had any name plates outside to recognise . They they gave me ground floor which had transparent glass window and it was clearly visible from road side . Funny part is curtain we’re so cheap that it was not able to cover at all. And after that the worst part is , it has two single bed, they can not afford a good double bed to make it easy for two guest to stay together. I will never visit this hotel and never ever recommend to go here ….even if they give u any other floor then also bed will the nightmare for u .

All fine and a good stay house. There is no noise around by staffs, making a cool place to stay. Clean, and spacious, two beds at one room, all better, mainly there is no noise by staffs and around, and one can sleep well when official travel is done. Thank for that.. I found many hotels around Delhi very noisy and can't sleep at night. Keep this all time. I shall be back.

I really had an amazing stay at this hotel. I was searching for a good hotel with budget friendly and I found Posh Classic. The environment is amazing, the rooms were neat and clean. The manager Jatin, was also friendly and he was available all the time. If I even visit Gurgaon again, this is the hotel to book.
