Very poor hygiene; place is full of rats; cupboard broken; Filthy kitchen!! Owner and staffs are very rude and do not pick phone calls when needed. NEVER GIVE SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT TO THESE GUYS!!!! At the time of booking, they will be very polite. But while returning the security deposit amount, firstly they won’t return the amount on time. Secondly, they will deduct unnecessary charges. They deducted around ₹4,000 from the security deposit amount showing unnecessary charges in just 1.5 months of stay. They give excuses in returning the security deposit amount on the day of checkout. Once you leave their place, they stop picking your calls and show unnecessary charges to be deducted. Don’t ever go to this hotel or PG. They just don’t respond if you address any issue during your stay.

Horrible Experience—Stay Away! If you care about cleanliness and basic decency, do NOT stay here! The hygiene is unacceptable—rats scurry around, cupboards are broken, and the kitchen is unhygenic. The owner and staff? Rude and completely unhelpful. They won't even pick up your calls when you need assistance. Beware of the Security Deposit Scam! At first, they seem friendly and accommodating during the booking process, but don’t be fooled. When it’s time to return the security deposit, they will delay, make excuses, and find ridiculous reasons to deduct money. Despite staying for just 1.5 months, they unjustly deducted ₹4,000 from my deposit, citing nonsensical charges. On the day of checkout, they’ll keep stalling, and once you’re out the door, good luck trying to get your money back—they stop answering calls and refuse to address any concerns. Avoid this place at all costs. If you face any issues during your stay, don’t expect any resolution. They simply do not care.

I liked the atmosphere here very much, it doesn't feel like we are in a hotel, it feels like we are in a family, everyone is very nice and I would tell everyone to definitely stay in this hotel once...
