Sunrise Hotel Near Medanta Hospital

Booking date 18/01/2020 (3rd Floor) Pros Good Ambiance, decoration, clean rooms , quality bedding, no restrictions on high noise. Cons 1. On paper check in time is 4pm but actually they delayed till 6pm by saying delay due to cleaning. 2. Our booking included snacks , dinner and breakfast. But what i can say, every dish is below average and pathetic non veg. And service is very slow (average time 45min-1 hour). We got breakfast even1.5 hour late. 3. Only basement floor has good quality speakers but on other floors they provide Chinese speakers. 4. Main Issue (Dealing with customers) We booked 3rd floor 4 days prior. And during check in they offered us to take basement floor as they booked same 3rd floor for other customer also. So we took basement . Then around 8:00pm they asked us to take 2nd floor just because other new customers are in big numbers so they are going to pay them more. And after some argument , they even asked us to leave the place and cancel the booking. So as we were organizing bachelor's party for our friend , we have no option left other than shifting at that time. So this whole scenario shows their non-professionalism and mistreatment with their customers. Just for gaining some extra bucks Pllazio residency staff can go against their words.

Extremely poor experience. The hotel denied checkin (at 10pm) despite it being a prepaid reservation. Demanded more pay. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this property. Zero integrity displayed!!

Very nice new property with good staff however second time I was offered basement room which are compromised version of rooms above.

Amazing place, neat and clean beautiful rooms, services are very good, and food is just mouthwatering .

True to word what Deepak bhatia said below.the service is poor, food is below average.last minute changes in rooms causes change in decoration and preparations.And ask to leave kinda attitude if questions.
