This hotel provided a terrible experience. The staff were unprofessional, pressuring guests to pay in cash at the counter instead of through the Fabhotel app. The hotel had a shady atmosphere, with concerns about illegal activities. I requested an early check-in but was given a used room for two hours and charged ₹800. When I refused, they threatened to cancel my existing booking. I strongly advise against staying here. Also the food is overpriced and not hygienic.

Hotel when i booked on phone call it was about need to pay 2523 rupees for two days, But once reached hotel they asked me to pay 3600 rupees, As it’s too late and I don’t have other option to go and check I paid 3600 rupees, I have demanded morning breakfast include in that amount, They told ok but when morning I gone for breakfast, They asked me to go PG stay next to there hotel to have breakfast, Once I reached I found nothing to eat, Only bread toast and tea, Even they have restaurant in hotel they not allowed me to have there, Worst service I don’t recommend this hotel… In room no Internet also lift broken for half day, No toiletries in room even towel, ….no one came to clean room second day….

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at Fab Grace Inn in Haryana. This hotel is unacceptably dirty and unprofessional. Firstly, they lack basic amenities like television, which is essential for a comfortable stay, especially when you're there for multiple days. The TVs they do have are of unknown brands with misleading stickers of reputable brands like Sony. Most of these TVs don't even work properly, and there are no remote controls provided. The rooms were not properly maintained, with dirty and stinky blankets and overall dustiness throughout. The breakfast experience was beyond words. They served parathas and poorly made tea in a filthy dining area that lacked cleanliness. To add to the disappointment, the hotel staff, who claim to be managers, provided no assistance or resolution when issues were raised. They lied about the TV problems, making excuses like a "server issue" and showing no willingness to resolve the matter effectively. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a room at Fab Grace Inn. This hotel will only waste your time and leave you feeling cheated and dissatisfied.

Is this really even a business hotel ? Dirty rooms, blankets with no basic amenities is what I have come across. They don’t even serve you a regular water to drink, so worst and unprofessional experience Pls don’t waste your money and time

The hotel room was good. But basic service is very bad for the hotel... Any hotel in India at a minimum provides 1 litre of drinking water complimentary. But they have a strange policy of no water. You need to buy. This is both weird and awkward... Also there was no door mat present. These are bare minimum requirement in a hotel room. The hotel stay is decent. Location is good. But the amenities and service is too bad

Most disgusting and pathetic hotel; they are not serious at all. There was no wifi service, very rude behavior, and no cleanliness in the room. When we checked in, there were socks and other dirty stuff in the closet of the room, and there was also no basic stuff in the room like a towel. We requested it more than 10 times, and after that, they gave it to us. Also, only a single bed blanket was there, and when we requested another one, they gave us another blanket, which was very dirty. Please don't try this hotel at all.
