Townhouse OAK The Grace Inn Near Aravali Biodiversity Park

I had a highly disappointing stay at The Grace Inn. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite my reservation, I was told I needed to pay extra and had to spend over an hour at the reception trying to resolve the issue. The room had several problems: the door had no functional lock, creating a serious security concern, and there were noticeable sanitary issues that made the stay uncomfortable. Despite notifying the staff about these problems, nothing was done to address them. Additionally, the hotel imposes a 100 INR extra charge if you order food through Swiggy or Zomato, which is both inconvenient and unfair. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, poor customer service, and security and cleanliness issues made for a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend staying here.

Night receptionist was very rude. We booked hotel through oyo and if we pay through oyo we would have got Rs.200 discount but he forced us to pay direct cash or he said he will not accept check in it was around 12 am we had no other option we didn't got soap in room when we asked he said use shampoo we don't have soap

Worst, they didn't allow me on Oyo booking they are saying, I have to pay their amount and that was so Costly. They said on Oyo app prize we can't process your booking

I have booked by oyo for 800 rs, after visiting hotel they are asking 2200 rs, Please don’t go in this hotel

Rooms are so average and the reception guy Santosh is very rude and so pathetic. He took advantage that we booked online and took 1800 extra from tarif and in the evening he asked again for guest even after they mentioned guest allowed in the app. I don’t know how he is handling things, he is not able to work in the 1 star hotel with his worst customer handling skills.

Rooms are good, but even after paying premium price, no one knows the wifi password. They say they didn't recharge and there is no internet. Bad experience.
