I have booked a room with double occupancy. But manager denied to give me room and demand extra money. He was fully drunk.when I visited the room i found fully filthy room. This hotel is totally unsafe for women. Not a small parking for vehicle and they didnt take any responsibility of vehicle. Waste of money.

I was denied the entry to the property even though I paid all amount and when contacted they asked for extra money which was almost double. The staff behaviour was very un professional I would suggest never book OYO Property. After taking action with Oyo Support they provided a non ac room at cost of ac and also the experience was horrible.

Poor service. It could be improved. Order breakfast but not deliver .washroom pipe leakage. AC will off early 5 Am by hotel. Not recommended.

AC wasnt working. If you book rooms through Oyo in discounted price. they treat you like beggars. Not sure if they cant afford then why they list it in discounted price on oyo app. They told me not to book through oyo next time and call them directly.

I book 1 room from oyo then I went to the hotel there then told no room for so much money for 300 more and the room is so messy not working ac flash tank damage and water likege no parking area

This is my first and last stay with oyo. Service is as poor as per expected. I am trying since yesterday to get my payment receipt but neither customer care nor hotel representative can help me out to get payment receipt. I ever never go with oyo and not suggest to anyone for the same.

Nice hotel with good ambience. Some of the rooms were not that spacious but overall they are good. Food is also good.staff & services are also very good.
