NillBath room was not clean, spit of pink of pan. Door was shut from inside due to latch problem. Food was not good, presentation was third class. Full Money was asked at the time ( 12:00) mid night..Internet not worked. Over all hotel & staff is lousy. Do not recommend to someone stay in this group....

NillI went there 2 times because i loved my first stay with a neat and clean rooms, peaceful environment with a gym on ground floor and beautiful balconies. Just one improvement can be done, they should provide packed drinking water.

NillThe overall experience was very bad. Starting from Rooms it was not cleaned well, bedsheets, pillow covers n towels all are filthy n full of stains. That I need to get changed with the help of staff and changed ones are also cigratte burnt. Bathroom was also not cleaned. Only a medimix soap was provided there. No shampoo or moisturizer was there. Under bed n table cleaning was not done.

NillFabhotels takes full booking amounts from Fournier's tourists and once they reach delhi airport Delhi and after taking a taxi once they reach the hotel, they are denied rooms, quoting they don't accept Fournier tourists.? after taking a full amount online from them and later not giving rooms? How fair is this? This has happened two times with my tourist friends already in gurgoan. where shall I complain? tourism industry? today, I had big fight with the guy ajay guotam an employee of Fab hotel because I confirmed from him about C forms ,once he confirmed over the form about this particular golden leaf hotel for c forms advised my tourists friends from Netherlands to book. fabhotel website takes full amounts from tourists. now once they reach, no room... now ajay and toll free numbers has no help???? why?? why?? what shall one do this case?? since ajay and toll free numbers has no help, so today i am writing everywhere over social media to educate solo travelers.
