OYO 8110 Nstay 31

Stayed at the Casa 31 in Gurgaon during a work visit recently. And was pleasantly surprised with the way the place turned out. Spick and Span, the hotel is in close proximity to Sec 32 institutional area near Rajiv Chowk, and the place has a very chic feel to it.everything just adds up beautifully. My room was spacious, though some of my colleagues had a smaller sized room despite paying the same rates. The rooms are well equipped, the bed comfy, the washroom clean. The whole design language around the hotel did impress me. Will surely return to stay there the next time I am in the locality.

The room and ac were good but the rest not so much. There was no water pressure in the bathroom. So the water struggled to fall down the tap. The room service was dismal, they did not have the common sense to leave some water. I had to fetch it from the reception every single time. Last but not the least, I never got the complementary breakfast even though I reminded the guys at the reception every single day of my stay there. All in all the best thing about the stay would be the shampoo and soap - courtesy Oyo rooms

Don't ever ever book this hotel through Oyo. They said that they charge a minimum of 1000 rs for their room but to make fool of the travellers they show a price of under 500- 600 on all sites Oyo, booking.com etc. And on reaching to the , they demand for the extra money. They are fraud people who just want to loot the people . Also the reception guy was so rude. This type of hotels just can loot you,. Very unprofessional person I have ever seen . If they have some price issue with Oyo they should raise it to Oyo. Why we the people suffers for their payment issues..😡😡😡😡😡 Also all these review on their maps hotel stays are fake.

Nice property. Good Rooms. But service is little slow. You have to call again and again for your order as reminders. Staff is good. And make efforts to make you comfotable. But still there is something for which they are not able to provide thier 100%

Don't book this property less then 1000 because they are not accepting any booking below 1000, And also don't book this hotel from Goibibo We booked from Goibibo 700 something per night when I called to the hotel for checkin they told that we have to cancel our boooking because they don't allow us to chekin so be careful when you booked this property. I'll suggest you first talked to the hotel then booked because they don't listen any other website.

This hotel has been permanently closed since last 2 years as per Hotel Management. They are offering any hotel services at this location. Oyo is also aware about it. So Don't make any room bookings through OYO and should not allow any bookings. Also oyo people should matk it closed on their portals. This making customes very much confusing. Hope this will be helpfull.

Quality service and food, daily cleaning, professional staff. In this area, one of the nice and well managed PGs, however rates are high.

The place is above expectations in a reasonable price Rooms are very clean with all the facilities available
