COL O Corporate elite stay

This was the worst experience of my life. They didn't had the manners to talk with their customers. The service was also not good according to their high price. Also the plugs were coming out and had a great risk of electric shock. They had a very arrogant and rude tone as if they we doing a favour on us. Their were half lit cigarettes and ashes and dust everywhere in the tables, drawers also. The room was not even clean. We tried to contact the hotel after confirming the booking but they didn't respond either they don't answer or disconnect the call, we had a hard time connecting to them and finally reached with the help of Google maps. When we reached the hotel they denied us for check in saying rooms are available at this price but our booking was confirmed by the Oyo app and we had already paid the full amount online itself. We had a meeting at 2:00 and we reached the hotel 1:40 PM but they kept us waiting for half and hour at the reception not answering us and ignoring us by using mobile phones. Then we finally had to pay them extra money because of no other option left. Overall the experience was horrible and the WORST EVER.

Clean comfortable equipped rooms with modern facilities. In house kitchen offers homely well cooked tasty food. The chef is brilliant cooking healthy and easily digested food. Staff are overtly courteous and polite. Very economically priced, value for money and some!

very good experience. What you will online is exactly you will find there. Good Place. linen was visibility well. pillows, bedsheets were new . Oyo kit was not present but they are provide us small size of soap, shampoo was very good for couple friendly. There are no any pest room was very maintained highly recommend to couple and corporate guest. No smoking in public area but you can smoke 🚬 in room . Power backup like inverter and generator also hold this property. Hotel staff and nearly location is very good for everyone . HOTEL SERVICES LIKE :- Tv working conditions ☺ , ac, all remote are place in room, kitchen services also have in hotel.

Good room not much spacious...cleaning is same (strictly average) as found in most of hotels (oyo type). Although staff is cooperative and wifi had very good speed(5mbps constantly). Good to stay under 1000 (as per your bargaining skills).

Very poor experience. Forntdesk person won't provide you any service if you have taken OYO discount , his only intension was to extract money somehow. Dirty bedsheet which he denied changing upfront. Very rude front desk personal to talk with. I required basics like geyser in winter season which he says " kharab hai" and that was working actually. Room is ok but with no support at all.

It is difficult to spot the hotel even when you stand right infront of it. Thanks to the tiny display board on the very top of the building. The rooms were pretty small in size and the bedsheet, pillow covers were shabby during my stay in the hotel. The food was disappointing too. I had ordered Missi roti and mixed veg. Loved the Missi roti but didn't enjoy the mixed veg even a bit. Overall the stay was not worth being repeated.

Had booked a room using goibibo app but the front desk person asked to pay more. Worst experience, never ever visit the pace. They are fraud, doing scam with ppl. Doesn't care about the customer, too rude and provide pathetic service.

The stay was super comfortable. The host is understanding and accomodating to your requests. The room is big enough for two and the staff was hospitable as well. Good location and great service! Definitely recommend this place.
