Foxtrail, Sector 42 - AM Hotel Kollection

The place was pretty good. The facilities were decent for the most part (if you conveniently skip the part where there isn't hot water in November). The service, however, is abysmal. The staff took an hour to deliver 2 cups of tea (and we had to call them 3 times to remind them). The hotel staff didn't clean the room even though we had requested it. I went to ask for our check out date (which I didn't find out in the end) only for the staff to ask for id and take a xerox of it without my consent. Mind it that this had already been done during the check in, I thought they had asked for the id for verification. Overall, the service was pretty bad but the stay for comfortable.

Hotel is clean and neat. Best air conditioning. Clean bathrooms and towels. Nice food from restaurant. Staffs are friendly and respectful. Located on a convenient location with ease of access to all modes of transport. The property offers good value for money.

We stayed with the family and it was very comfortable and close to airport the hotel is very carefully designed and looked after the standard and everything is excellent the music in resturant and lobby is awesome I mostly recomende the simran from front desk and Rahul from housekeeping

Had a really great time staying with the Foxtrail team. They took really good care of us and they were very understanding and really paid attention our stay. From clean & well maintained rooms to great dinner and breakfast. A lovely memory.

Rooms are very nice polite staff room cleaning was great hygenic room balcony area and plants kept in room feels very good essence Highly recommended your manager Rahul for his polite nature as he briefed us about wifi ,food and the area which we was not knowing .thankx Rahul again and your team .

The food prepared by chef Sunny was delicious. It was flavoured to perfection and presented well. Whilst nourishing and healthy, I didn’t miss out on taste. Service by Raveena was polite, attentive and she’s clearly a well trained team member; a credit to the hotel.

The staff was ready to help, prompt and efficient. The food is also good, however some of the menu items are average. The room was clean, same as depicted in the pictures. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick good stay in gurgaon !

One of the best hotels to stay in. I had the most amazing stay at Foxtrail. It’s clean, hygienic, and smart - made for the generation on the move. The service is absolutely spot on. The staff is quick to serve. It’s beyond a budget hotel, it’s comfortable at the best price.
