Saltstayz boutique

Terrible experience of my overnight stay. Very poor service and response time. Untrained staff.I had to call reception multiple times and eventually come out of the room to ask the hotel staff to stop the lousy guest next door from yelling/foul language on phone at 3am in night. Linens were dirty and cleaniness was passable. Soap dispenser didn't work.. Late breakfast,starts at 8am. Definitely recommend to avoid.

Rooms are good staff were also nice. But let me tell you my experience i came for the wedding we had booked almost full hotel still sanki manager didn’t allowed my waiters or catering members to use lift even though they were carrying 20-30 kgs of luggage still manager shouted at them and used abusive language that behaviour was not acceptable i request you saltstayz kindly take action on this

Value for money, prompt service , great and tasty food. Cosy interiors, nice ambience. All in all a statisfactory living experience in Gurugra. Thanks to all the hotel staff: Albert, Gaurav, Laxman, Rajendra, Pradeep, Mandal and Mahavirsinghji for great hospitality

Worst manager of this hotel I've ever seen. I've paid 6k per night for this hotel and thought manager will be also according to that. But it feels like oyo. Manager fighting with guest and staff using abusive language. Feels so cheap. Rooms are okay. And I asked manager for breakfast he said breakfast is Over. I requested him just to give me toast. He said "10 bje tk hi tha ab kuch ni milega: seriously saltstayz is this your behavior with your guest?? Housekeeping and manager all of them were shouting and fighting. Cheap environment And at check out time manager told me you have to check out at sharp 11am. Otherwise we will charge you late check out fee. I've been to so many saltstayz in Gurgaon but here saltstayz boutique is worst hotel.

Very neat and clean place with extremely friendly staff led by Mr. Mahavir. Great food options with excellent service. Really enjoyed my stay at this place.

Good and reasonable stay. Nidhi is a good hostess. Hotel is new with spacious rooms.
