FabHotel NV - Hotel in Sushant Lok 1, Gurgaon

Despite of having confirmed booking. Hotel denied to take check in and asking to cancel and pay in case….. reception is worst you may face NO CLEANING, NO FREE WATER, NO ONE WILL HELP

Very bad experience. No complementary breakfast option. Rooms are not good. It doesn't have lift. I had to pay for water. No complementary water bottle was there. Overall experience was not good.

Services was good. But I came at 10 in night and in morning I asked the owner of the hotel that I will have my cab at 11:30 , receiption person granted me 30 min extra but the owner did not allow. There was no upcoming booking. Atleast kabhi kabhi customer k sath thoda support de dena chahiye . which was completely miss.
