False ratings given by all . Total west of money and holiday , Feel like haunted hotel. single staff handling all things no food provided by hotel staff . Toiletries is missing . Tea coffee accessories also not provided by hotel total worst experience No TV is not working light is not properly.

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room was clean , but had no pillow and poor power connections .The water from the taps had a foul smell, making it unusable. Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful regarding the tank cleaning although we told them multiple times . They dint have the cook who can make a good tea even.. I would not recommend this hotel. ---

Excellent stay. Beautiful location, well maintained hotel. Kishan was very helpful and available round the clock for anything needed. Rooms are a bit concise but that doesn't matter as they have attached balconies to give the best view. Bathrooms are neat and clean, very hygienic. Daily housekeeping services are also great.

We stayed here for 3 days. Booked 3 rooms. The first room with "the view" had a broken fan and toilet so we were provided another room, this one's main door wouldn't open once locked, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. There was foul smelling water in the bathrooms, complained several times suspecting old pipelines but got no solution. After we left, we were informed there was a dead monkey in the tank. These properties are barely maintained, even if it looks decent from the outside, the inside is very messed up. Bathrooms have cockroaches. Employees change twice every month, they aren't even paid. Ask any shopkeeper in the mall road and they will tell you.

Worst of all time, nothing working here waste of money no facilities available. They charge alot for nothing.

Very rude staff, Deepika mam have no manner how to speak with customer. They change there room price frequently depends upon urgency of customers. On phone they gives to less rate, but when you reached at there hotel they told you higher rates.

Staff is super friendly, I left my watch during the checkout time, that person rang me , came to my location and gave me my watch. They are really sweet. They even upgraded my room after we had some issue in our room. Would recommend everyone to try this hotel. You would love it
