Shivaay Morex by Aamod

My recent stay at Aaroham Resort by Aamod in Dharamshala was one of the most terrible and pathetic experiences I've ever had with my family. We were looking forward to a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, the resort fell far short of our expectations. Firstly, the room cleanliness was appalling. We found dust and dirt in various corners, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. The linens were stained, and the overall hygiene of the place was extremely poor. Secondly, the service was incredibly disappointing. Despite multiple requests, the staff was unresponsive and seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. It took them hours to provide basic amenities like towels and toiletries. The lack of professionalism and hospitality was evident throughout our stay. The resort's facilities were also in a state of disrepair. The swimming pool was dirty, and the so-called "recreational activities" were either unavailable or poorly maintained. It was a huge letdown, especially for our kids who were looking forward to enjoying these amenities. Overall, our stay at Aaroham Resort by Aamod was a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Dharamshala. Save your money and sanity by choosing a different resort.

We travel quite often but the experience in aaroham resort was terribly pathetic No food service. Only dal n aloo sabji is available. That is terribly over priced with poor quality. One plate aloo sabji is 380 rs. One roti 50 rs. The management told us we don't give lunch n dinner as given in menu card. But for payment they follow it. What a policy? No functional swimming pool. Washroom is wet as water does not get drained out. No balcony. Very poor. Don't go by it's photo shop pic. All are fake. It cannot stand with lemon tree n other such quality places around it.

Very pathetic service, 3rd class rooms, no facility of food available here. Even 1 bottle of water is charged here along with tax. No balcony and airy windows here. It feels as if you are stuck in a well. No scenery, no adequate soaps provided, even worst drainage system. Never go to this hell...

The resort/ hotel is very badly maintained. Rooms are not up to the mark. Mattresses are in such a bad state that give you backaches. Bed linen is smelly. Overall a very bad experience and will not recommend. Food is good. Staff is good. Reaching the hotel is quite difficult if you are driving on your own. This should be advised to the guest while booking the hotel.

Nice stay … I stayed here with my family for 2 night as a base for watching the cricket match at Dharamshala cricket stadium .. The hotel is in a relatively quite location with stunning valley view from our Room .. Food we ate at restaurant is mouthwatering… All i have to say is …keep it up guys …👍👍👍

A perfect place to stay in. I would suggest everyone to have a stay in this hotel, their service is awesome and taste is also good. Pricing is little high but yeah with a group you can afford plus they have a huge family room. Beautiful view from the rooms. A parking space is also available and not to forget about bonfire. Staff is so calm and helpful almost all the time. So clean and tidy place. And I love the restaurant area which make you feel like family.

We stay here during iPl match. Resort is beautiful and nice location. Staff was very helpful spl. Thanks to Mr. Sushil for all help. Must visit again with family
