Rakus Place Hotel

The Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Service was very quick and good. The room was very neat and clean. Stay was excellent, specious rooms, parking available, good food and nice in house Cafe and Bar. The ambience was very good. They also organised Live music events.||

Had a fantastic time at Rakus Place. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly, and the cafe served amazing food. Peaceful location with great vibes—highly recommended!

It was a nice stay. GM Mr. Vijay is a true gentlemen and very accommodating to guests' demand. The hotel has very nice view from the front view room and a good bet for budget stay. A little word of cation, it is better to book with hotel directly, other than third party.

Booked this OYO Premium hotel while on a visit to Mcloed. I'm a frequently traveller and this by far was the worst experience ive had in a while.||To start with let me share a few points:||- The bedsheets were dirty when room keys were handed over post checkin.||- In the month of Dec18 with icy cold temperatures, we didnt get hot water on the check out day as there was no electricity in the hotel and these guys didnt have power backup||- Tea and coffee ordered was served in cups insted of ketlles which meant they were cold.||- Extremely uncourteous hotel staff||- Post reaching bhagsunag its another 500meters up a very steep slope which people other than youngsters would have to play errands trekking upto. Not recommend at all. ||- We got some food from outside considering the preparation standards they had and were denied being served 4 plates in the 2 rooms we had||- No complaint register was given even despite repititive requests.||||This hotel would dig a hole in your pocket for its price and doesn't provide even an ounce of satisfactory guest experience. Hardly can i recall any positive memory.||||The hotel is well built and well furnished which is the reason for it being an expensive one but trust me with the maintenance standards now there its a total lost cause anyone would gamble for.

Raku's place is a very good place. There is a nice vibe and the music there is so relaxing and beautiful. The waiters are really nice and the food is so good. I would go there almost everyday during my stay, they make very nice salads and omelettes and also very tasty cakes. The Cafe and tea is also very good.
