Really happy with the stay. The view from the room was superb. Service is really great. All the staffs were polite and well behaved. Would love to visit this place again. In room service food quality and taste was very good too. Only one thing needs to improve which is the washroom else all were upto the mark. Thanks again and cheers for the good work. ✌️✌️

The hotel is a very old property. Only the location and restaurant service were good. The rooms looked like they hadn’t been updated in over 10 years. Bathroom fittings were in poor condition, and there was no water supply in the morning. We booked a premium room online, but the hotel manager showed us old misleading pictures. After multiple arguments, they finally agreed to give us a superior room, which was also disappointing. Even their so-called suite room had nothing special. Not recommended at all — really disappointing experience.

Hotel is very close to the waterfall and temple. We had a great view of the waterfall from our room. Check in and Check out was smooth and hassle free. Anamika at the reception was very kind and helpful. The manager Krishna Sood was also very co-operative. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Service on the first day was very slow, however it was taken care of later. The room is big, however the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property can be improved. Food was fresh and tasty. Great hospitality!!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The place was nice and the staff were courteous. Initially, we weren’t satisfied with the room we were given, but the manager quickly addressed our concern and upgraded us to a suite, which made a big difference. The food was delicious, and overall, our visit was enjoyable.

Excellent.... Every thing so much fine that we were not thinking to check out from hotel..... It was our another home ... Same feeling same hospitality as like as home... Staff was so cooperative as like as family.....Rooms were superbly clean... Food was very good....

Spring valley resort on the best property in baghunag and the hotel is in the main-market plus point is that only 900m awesome waterfall is there and the triund track is also from there I didn't visit triud but hotel staff specially thanks to the hotel manager and the his team for helping us in every moment and what to say about the dinner. Taste of the food was very yummy.

The hotel staff is very cooperative & food is finger licking good. We had booked a cottage and it was one of the best experience we’ve had. Location wise it is at a walkable distance from the famous waterfalls of mcleodganj. Definitely going to stay here again and will recommend to all friends and family.
