Hotel Bhagsu Heights

The food has cockroach in it! And the service was very bad.. As the food was bad the quality as well as cockroach was there. We had asked them to give us just coffee which arrived 2hrs later. The room didn't have locks. And the bed was not clean. The only good part was the balcony view and good washroom.

The rooms were not properly maintained. No toiletries provided. Not enough switch boards to allow gadgets charging. The bathroom were choking

Overall experience was very good. Food was very tasty. Hotel hospitality was up to the mark. Staff was very helpful and polite. Do visit.

My experience at Hotel Bhagsu Heights in Dharamshala was disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and the washroom was in poor condition, lacking hygiene.

Giving it a 5 star review for the Gallery View!!!! The hotel room has average interiors and not sure of the food as we did not eat here. The view from the gallery is just fabulous. The valley starts just below the verandah and you see the tall mountains right in front and the whole valley view on the right. Excellent option for one night stay for friends.

Very nice to stay at this property. Ideal located view of Bhasukh waterfall awesome from the room. Food very good, courtious staff ample parking at site. Spacious room. Liked room 101. Walkable distance to Mcleoad gunj and very near to Bhasukhi naag temple.

The shoddiest hotel which costs close to a 4 star hotel! Toilet smelled to high heavens and was extremely dirty. When asked for a toilet cleanup, the housekeeping staff gave us a sweep asking us to clean as he didn't have time. There was a hairy spider in our room and we found other bugs as well the room could not fit 2 people lest 3. The food was extremely bad and the cutlery was so dirty, it felt that we might get an infection just by touching it. The bed sheets were torn and dirty and when we asked the housekeeping why it was so bad, they said as people passed through the room, it was bound to get dirty. Overall probably the worst experience I had at a hotel. The only saving grace was the accommodating reception desk and the verandah which had a good view. This hotel is listed as the most value for money on TripAdvisor, but for all things holy, please do not select this hotel even if it's the last hotel available in McLeodganj. I shudder even to think of the room we were forced to spend a night because we had already paid for it.

We booked super deluxe rooms in this hotel in Jun 2018 through on line booking. When reach there at 9 pm they provide us the worst room available in the hotel. Our rooms were at minus 2 floor in the last corner. Rooms were small and badly smelling. Outside windows, kitchen waste water is flowing. I suggest not to book deluxe and super deluxe rooms in this hotel through online booking if you are visiting with family. Minimum room to be selected should be premium category. Luxury rooms are better. Location is OK.
