Pong View Hotel Dharamshala

I have been staying in this hotel for past 3 years. Every stay has been more excellent then previous one. Mr Vijay has been an excellent owner inspite of huge team of employee he himself looks into your needs.|Must stay hotel . …The food and services are beyond par. The employees are well trained inspite of working hours off… they went beyond to cater our needs to help us.

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Pong View! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location offered stunning views. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area—I'll definitely be back

Marvellous hotel location and facilities, we felt like staying in heaven , hotel located next to main road and very easy to reach, free parking is available all the time. Beautiful valley view and mountains are covered with beauful jungle. Fresh air. Good is too delicious. Very good staff and services.

We had a comfortable 3-night stay at this hotel, which we chose for its ample parking and location away from the hustle and bustle of McLeodganj. Situated between Dharamshala and McLeodganj, the hotel is easily accessible with wide connecting roads, making it ideal if you have your own vehicle. It's about a 20-minute drive from the McLeodganj market, and the nearest market with plenty of shops and a petrol pump is just 5 minutes away. The Dharamshala Sky Way station is also conveniently located only 1 km away. The rooms are decent, though slightly worn, but we had a premium view room with a stunning view. The sunsets were magical. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Since we visited during the off-season, the hotel was nearly empty. The food was decent and served either in-room or at the top-floor restaurant, which also offers open seating with a great view (no bar available). Breakfast options were limited, but the portions were good and sufficient. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a peaceful stay away from the crowds, yet still easily accessible

Excellent property at a good and peaceful location along with nice, clean premises, well maintained property and friendly staff. |Amazing view of the mountain ranges of Himalayas from the balcony and also from terrace restaurant.|Rates are quite reasonable starting from 2500/- for a night.

Honest Review.Hotel Staff is petty. Hotel is certainly well located but it's cheap hotel with below average facilities. They hate online booking. Very limited staff and serving restricted breakfast options. Watermelon was served with sugar mixed. Bed mattress were super soft to sleep comfortably. The reply given by the staff that insistence on accomodating third person for free is bull shit.

One of best places to stay in dharamshala. I stayed with my family. Proper parking is available. Staff is super kind, i forgot some stuff in room and they informed me about it, very rare to see such honesty in these times.
