FabHotel Green Origins - Hotel in Dharamkot, Dharamshala

No Power Back Up No Elevator This hotel is a cheat. I was travelling with my parents, both above 60 years in age. Listing on the website said that the hotel is having power backup and elevator is available. However there was no power backup and there was no electricity for 12 hours in our 40 hours stay. Also my parents had to climb up around 30 stairs each time they had to walk out of their rooms. On top of it the rooms were stinking and one of the wash basin was leaking.

We stayed there two nights. They gave us wet and cold room with old furniture however, all rooms in the hotel were empty (better rooms because the doors were open and we could see it). The location is far from everything. You can't play there by card. The stuff is ok.

location was good & hotel staff is cooperative but Rooms were average... But I made a mistake that I booked through Fab...Because the Fab staff (Mr. Suraj) had booked the room by giving me wrong information.. He cheated on me and didn't pick up the phone when I called him from the location....worst experience from Fab staff...

I got last time injury on my leg (Leg fractured), and due to this I was not able to check-in hotel. Also, I have informed the same to customer care day for yesterday. Regarding this, I have talked to hotel staff that please rescheduled my booking or either refund my money back if 100% is not possible at least 50%. The hotel staff talked to me rudely, and he cut the call in very rude way. The hotel staff totally refuses to return my money back or rescheduled the booking. At least as human I accept some humanity to understand health condition.

Location of the hotel was very good. Calm and quite. Away from the main square but still in walking distance. Service was good. We had nice tea with snacks. Rooms were clean and adequately sized for stay. Few leaking taps but that's ok. Overall a good experience.

Rooms are near and clean. Bedsheet are clean and white. Hygienic stay. Food test is very authentic, each and every recipe is independent in taste. Food portion is also legit. Service is excellent, staff is very humble and very calm. Hotel managers were very helpful. Locations is offbeat, which could definitely somewhat challenging. Recommended for family stay, been stayed for 2 nights with spouse and 2 years daughter.

Our stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The room was super comfy, the food service was top-notch and the Valentine's Day room decoration was a lovely that added a touch of romance to our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and special getaway. Can't wait to visit again!
