Stayed for 5 nights in May and it was a fantastic experience for myself and my young son. We even got to feed a monkey on our balcony and watch from the safety of our room. Market set up and close down is a little noisy but it’s great to be in the centre of things and have the convenience of shops and restaurants close by. Scooty rental was also available and Shashi and Kamal were always on hand in person or on WhatsApp to help with any requirements. I don’t know what the water issue reported by someone 4 months ago. This was not an issue for us. The hot water for the kitchen sink was an amazing bonus. The kitchenette is well kitted out with quality saucepans and a large fridge. I would recommend and stay again next time. Thanks

I really loved this place! Everybody was so nice with me, I felt safe and really welcome. For sure, it’s the best hotel in Dharamsala !

The room was comfortable and well-maintained which made it a pleasant place to rest after a day of sightseeing. However, there was one major issue that affected my experience: there was no water available in the bathroom at night. It was frustrating to not have access to basic amenities like water, especially when you need to freshen up or use the bathroom in cold weather. Also, parking is paid and not directly managed by the hotel. I hope the hotel can look into resolving this issue for future guests, as everything else about the stay was good.

Most memorable stay .stayed almost 3 weeks .It made us felt like our home .All the kitchen facilities were provided before check in .thanks to Mr Shashi .we would definitely come back n stay again .Mr kamal even helped me booked a 3 day trip with most reliable driver .Everything went smoothly .kuddos to the host who manages this property .👏👏👏

Hello, I travelled with my parents, wife n 3 kids..from entrance it looks lyk a mistake as stairs r very steep but rooms view, cleaniness, size is too good, full kitchen, symbols on switches, balcony all better then nearby hotels. Kamal bhai is frindly n good. Although I have asked for one hr late checkout as taxi is late and sashi there is restless for checkout.. If anyone going to mclo.. Do consider this hotel u will not regret apart from some stairs.

What a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with the best view in McLeod Ganj. Situated in the middle of the market, the location was very convenient for us to access the market areas as well as popular spots in McLeod Ganj like the Skyway - and it is within walking distance to the Dalai Lama temple! Shami and Kamal's service was top-notch. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful spacious apartments with a hospitable owner, ready to help in a variety of matters. We loved the sunset views, well equipped kitchen, perfect location and overall our stay was comfortable.

I have stayed in McLeod Ganj many times in the past 13 years, but this is the highlight of my trip. Staying in the most central apartment near Dalai Lama Temple, view from balcony, luxurious bathroom and fully equip kitchen. The owner Kamal and his staff are so helpful organising sightseeing, flights, and various travel advice. I attach photos of the room, the view and me cooking a meal in the apartment. I stayed for 14 nights, I could have stayed 2 months as the room and location was excellent. The owner Kamal welcomed us on arrival, made our stay so amazing, booked us flights, helped with reservations, recommended trips, advised when the Dalai Lama was in temple. I work in travel so I have high expectations in terms of hotel rooms, and this lovely suite ticked all the boxes! I cannot say more about Himalayan Suite, you have to come and experience yourself, you will not be disappointed!! I would highly recommend this accommodation to all travellers. AAA+++
