We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dharamshala. The location is excellent—right in the market, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained. The highlight was the balcony with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely visit again!

We had a great time at this hotel. It’s in a fantastic location — peaceful, scenic, and easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony view that we really enjoyed. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It’s a great place for families, and we felt very well taken care of. Special thanks to Mr. Sachin Jamwal for his exceptional hospitality and support during our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dharamshala!

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Grand Hill. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the main market, making everything easily accessible. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was great. A special mention to the staff who were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the stay. I’d like to especially thank Mr. Sachin Jamwal for his outstanding service and warm hospitality. He made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Hotel was good to stay, it's good for families also. It is in the Temple road market so main square and Dalai Lama Temple was near by. This was first time I took hotel in market and I did not regret. Staff was friendly and helping. They do not have food service as of now as their restaurant is getting renovated. I will recommend to take rooms with balcony view coz it's really good. I just faced issue with TV, I complaint for it and it got resolved for some time but it was not working properly. I don't know problem was with TV or signal in set top box.

Great stay at this hotel in meclodganj dharamshala.the room was very clean and well mentioned, with a beautiful view right from the window,which made the stay even more special. The location is perfect right in the market, so everything is easily accessible,from cafes to local shops. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile,which really added to the comfort of the stay, And the food was very tasty Overall ,it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dharmshala

Very bad experience staying in this hotel. Only one thing is good: location is very close to Main Square, rest everything was so bad. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There was not telephone in the rooms, we have to go to the reception if we need any assistance. Mirror in our room was damaged. The toilet seat’s cover was broken. Although, the staff was helpful. Being travelling with a 10 months old child, we preferred a hotel with restaurant, but there was not any restaurant in this hotel, the pictures was telling that there is a restaurant. Please think twice while booking this property. The manager was very greedy, he tried to get more money from us. He told us that the tarrifs has been increased and you have to pay extra before check-in. I had booked 4-5 days prior. Thanks to agoda customer care team, they helped us in this. But the manager’s behaviour was totally frustrating.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. The bathroom was also clean, and the balcony had a beautiful mountain view. The best part was the location – the hotel is just a short walk from the McLeodganj Bus Stop, right on Temple Road. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Sachin Jamwal for his great hospitality. Thank you, Hotel Grand and Sachin Ji! I would definitely stay here again.
