Very bad dealing of staff, worst hospitality, they create false scarcity of rooms after reaching their hotel to charge more from the guest. Their behaviour is like rigid bureaucracy not like hospitality industry. I personally do not recommend this hotel. Pl avoid it.hotel manager was no good person . avoied this hotel

They have a proper clean and functioning room, for an good price tag. The staff were very helpful and they have luggage storage as well. They are a great location too and their parking space is great as well.

Food is just awesome. Rooms are old but very clean and maintained. Beautiful views from the Balconies. Calm and quiet place in the centre of Macleodganj

I like stay at holiday hills, location is very close to meclo market. Staff was very good , food was amazing.. wonderful view from room, special thanks to Miss kajal for guiding us. She was very polite. My parents and kids enjoyed a stay here. Really very nice stay.

As the name suggest this hotel has a great view of the mountains from its rooms. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. The hotel is far from the main shopping area and walking-up to the bazaar is literally an up-hill task. On the second day of our stay there the hotel ran out of water and it took them more than 2 hours to get it restored. The hotel staff were kind enough to provide us with hot water in buckets for bath. If you are looking for a budget hotel with great views then this is the place to go to!!!

Room were so so clean.. even they have sanitised our whole washroom and glasses were packed. Host was soo good room service is up the mark. Rooms Little old but you will get all facilities also please book room with balcony and mountain view you will love it. I felt so good here I extended my stay 2 more days. Also location is so perfect not in crowded market and not even far away from it you can take a walk any time to the market also you will fine aesthetic cafes on your way.
